Customer Success Manager

About the role

FourKites is seeking an ambitious and experienced Customer Success Manager to join its growing team. You will own the day‑to‑day relationship with assigned enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention and expansion of the FourKites platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall relationship with assigned customers, increasing adoption, usage and satisfaction.
• Establish a trusted advisor role and develop strategic plans to achieve customer goals.
• Facilitate quarterly Executive Business Reviews to discuss progress and opportunities.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the account.
• Advocate customer needs across internal teams and manage escalations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to align on expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, preferably in the supply‑chain industry.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑growing environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work night‑shift hours.
