Customer Success Manager – Enterprise AI

About the role

Join Anthropic’s India‑based Customer Success team and act as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for our most complex enterprise customers. You will help them unlock the full value of Claude – the API, Claude for Enterprise and Claude Code – by aligning AI capabilities with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with Indian decision‑makers to understand business goals and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert on Claude’s API, Enterprise and Code products and guide customers toward the right solutions.
• Proactively drive usage planning, monitor consumption and seat‑based metrics, and address under‑utilization.
• Document and quantify customer ROI, business outcomes and impact metrics.
• Identify new use‑cases across departments and partner with customers to expand Claude adoption.
• Develop and execute change‑management programs such as Train‑the‑Trainer and Center of Excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting or Success Engineering.
• Proven success driving both consumption‑based and seat‑based business models.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations and software implementation patterns.
• Strategic mindset to uncover growth opportunities and translate them into expansion plans.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
• Passion for responsible AI development and experience working across time zones with a US‑based headquarters.
