Customer Success Manager – Bangalore

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at DataPelago you will ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes with our advanced analytics engine for Lakehouse platforms. You will partner closely with clients to understand their goals, drive product adoption, and deliver long‑term value through technical enablement and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post‑sales point of contact, overseeing onboarding, implementation and ongoing support.
• Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders to align product capabilities with customer objectives.
• Drive product adoption, demonstrate measurable business outcomes and mitigate churn risks.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements.
• Guide customers in integrating DataPelago with other analytics engines such as Databricks, Snowflake or Dremio within Lakehouse environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management.
• Strong technical acumen in Lakehouse platforms, data engineering, analytics, SQL and AI/ML.
• Hands‑on expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data tools (Spark, Python, Scala, Java).
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
