Customer Success Manager – APJ (Remote)

About the role

Fortanix is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sale journey for customers in the APJ region. You will act as the trusted advisor and primary contact, ensuring customers realize value from Fortanix’s data security platform and maintain high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer relationship, representing the voice of the customer across GTM, product, and engineering teams.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives to drive product consumption and high CSAT scores.
• Develop and execute customer roadmaps, strategic account plans, and business reviews.
• Monitor usage, identify consumption gaps, and propose solutions to address potential issues.
• Serve as the main escalation point for business and technical challenges, coordinating with Customer Success Engineers, Support, and Sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities across multicultural teams.
• Ability to drive adoption, create value‑focused roadmaps, and conduct strategic business reviews.
