Customer Success Manager – Advertising (Amazon DSP)

About the role

Fueled by rapid customer and business growth, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture and expand client relationships while ensuring successful adoption of our AI‑driven commerce platform. The role will oversee display advertising campaigns on Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and The Trade Desk, helping customers achieve profitable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage display advertising campaigns across Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect and The Trade Desk.
• Collaborate with internal Customer Success Managers to run full‑funnel media campaigns and align display strategies with paid search.
• Serve as liaison between Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect and other external partners and client teams.
• Provide expert training, troubleshooting and support on the CommerceIQ platform.
• Advise customers on e‑commerce advertising best practices to drive profitable growth.
• Perform deep data analysis to answer strategic questions and influence client KPIs.
• Coordinate with technical support and engineering to resolve service requests quickly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing media and advertising engagements for enterprise brands.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar Amazon DSP and other e‑commerce advertising budgets.
• Experience working with VP‑level and C‑suite executives in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
