Customer Success Associate – Power Grid AI

About the role

Pravah is building the world’s first foundation model of the electric grid and needs an Associate to embed with utility customers, capture real‑time usage friction, and translate it into actionable feedback for engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy on‑site with utility customers for extended periods, working from their offices.
• Observe senior users of the platform, capture friction points and produce structured client visit notes separating UI/UX issues, broken functionality and analytical logic.
• Own the feedback loop with engineering, prioritize field‑driven requests and close the loop with customers after releases.
• Map the customer organisation – identify decision‑makers, influencers and veto holders, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Run demos, defend methodology and obtain validation of outputs against customer data to build third‑party proof of value.
• Surface new opportunities such as adjacent products, pilot projects or integration requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years experience in top‑tier consulting, research, policy, development finance, multilateral organisations or a customer‑facing role at a high‑growth startup.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to produce clear, detailed feedback documents.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand metrics and explain them to both engineers and senior decision‑makers.
• Bias toward ownership and ability to work independently on‑site.
• Fluency with AI tooling as a force multiplier.
