Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our logistics team in Jaipur. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily customer service operations, carrier utilization, and shipment coordination while maintaining high performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with client customer service and production planning teams to forecast shipping and delivery needs.
• Attend client meetings and use shipping, planning, and forecasting reports to gather relevant information.
• Communicate shipping requirements and forecasts accurately to internal teams.
• Resolve client and carrier inquiries promptly and handle freight bill audits.
• Report customer feedback and any dissatisfaction to management.
• Act as a liaison between customers and load movement, managing on‑site assets and data integrity in PLSpro.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment and collaborate within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service; knowledge of rail and transload activities is a plus.
