About the role

Policy Bazaar is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its team as Customer Service Specialists. In this full‑time position you will handle inbound inquiries, guide customers through insurance options and help drive sales across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable coverage based on their needs.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• 0‑4 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicts.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM applications.
