About the role
WNS Global Services is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for its Mumbai delivery centre. The position involves handling customer inquiries through phone, email and chat, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions while adhering to client guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality support via voice, email and chat channels.
- Answer queries, resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Maintain service standards and meet defined performance metrics.
- Adapt communication style to match the urgency and context of each interaction.
- Identify opportunities to ethically upsell or cross‑sell relevant products or services.
- Participate in scheduled shifts, team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree with at least six months of international call‑center experience (voice or data).
- Fresh graduates with no prior BPO experience are not eligible.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, multitask and stay alert in a fast‑paced environment.
