Customer Service Representative – Voice/Chat (Associate)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Voice/Chat Process team in Pune. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
