About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team in Pune as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling voice and chat interactions, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (as per company requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
• 0‑2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call centre, or related fields; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
