Customer Service Representative – Onsite (Bhubaneswar)

About the role

Protrainy is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative in Bhubaneswar to support learners and customers of its e‑learning platform for civil engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to learner and customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
• Guide learners through course offerings, enrollment, payments, and platform navigation.
• Document interactions and maintain records in the customer support system.
• Collect feedback, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve FAQs, processes, and support resources.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with professional handling of inquiries.
• Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution‑oriented communication.
• Team player contributing to shared goals and consistent service quality.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software; familiarity with e‑learning platforms is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, attention to detail, and learner‑centric mindset.
• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer support, education services, or technology‑based services is beneficial but not mandatory.
