Customer Service Representative (On-site, Bengaluru)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Bengaluru team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focused on delivering accurate information and a positive experience to guests of our restaurant brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email and in person, providing details on menu items, services and promotions.
• Handle order‑related issues, resolve complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Log all interactions in the customer service system and coordinate with restaurant and operations teams.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback.
• Identify trends in customer concerns and support continuous improvement of service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as customer service or support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively and handle multiple interactions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; further education in hospitality, business or related fields is an asset.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
