About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madurai. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, order processing and complaints for our thread and apparel solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for product and service enquiries, identifying customer needs and suggesting alternatives.
- Enter and manage bulk orders in SAP, communicate estimated delivery dates, and coordinate order revisions or cancellations.
- Track order progress, liaise with internal teams (sales, planning, supply chain, warehouse) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Process sample and DTM requests through the online sampling platform and coordinate delivery of samples.
- Own the customer complaint process: register, communicate, and escalate issues according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and proactively inform customers of any delays or issues.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal departments.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- SAP order entry and management.
