Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to continuously improve service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑ups, feedback, or information updates.
• Resolve product or service related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance service processes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate degree; freshers are welcome.
• 0–4 years of experience in voice‑based customer support.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Proficiency with email and CRM tools.
