About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Copart’s global vehicle auction platform. In this role you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, assisting buyers and sellers with queries related to car purchases, registration, pick‑up, and payments.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer 50‑70 calls per day, providing accurate information and resolution.
  • Respond to email inquiries covering the same topics.
  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, including registration, pick‑up logistics, and payment issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s systems.

Required profile

  • Available to work a 9‑hour night shift with two consecutive weeks off.
  • Ability to manage a high call volume while delivering consistent service.
  • Eligibility for the U.S. E‑Verify program (U.S. applicants only).
