Customer Service Representative

About the role

CSafe is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its global Customer Service team, supporting clients across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role operates on a hybrid model, combining remote work with on‑site duties at the Panvel office, and follows a Monday‑Saturday schedule (7 AM‑4 PM IST). You will act as the main point of contact for product quotations, order processing, and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, leases and quotations for CSafe’s full product and service portfolio.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries with detailed product knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage orders, lease requests and ensure end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Handle complaints and incidents, engaging relevant teams until resolution.
• Meet or exceed established KPI targets and complete required training.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain world‑class service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time‑management ability and capacity to reprioritise workload.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
• Experience using Zendesk or Kustomer ticketing platforms.
• General IT skills for system management.
