Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly and efficient support across multiple channels. You will help turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic brand advocates by resolving inquiries quickly and accurately. You will also proactively identify issues and work with relevant departments to implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email and live chat to answer questions about products, pricing and availability.
• Provide clear, accurate information and guide customers through purchasing or service processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics and technical support to meet customer needs.
• Enter and update customer data in various internal platforms.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, organize workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
