Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Bangalore team, supporting the sales organization by managing end‑to‑end order processing and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will work closely with finance, supply‑chain and sales colleagues to guarantee accurate documentation, timely deliveries and effective resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Process high‑value orders using Oracle and Salesforce (SFDC) case management tools.
• Review and validate customer documentation to meet compliance standards.
• Coordinate with finance for payment validation and with supply‑chain for shipment planning, item allocation and release of holds.
• Prepare and send pro‑forma invoices, follow up on payments and apply them in the system.
• Handle returns, RMA requests and customer complaints, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to customer queries regarding delivery dates, ETA and order status.
• Provide pre‑sales support, gather inputs for proposals, assist in quote preparation and track proposal status.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with commercial terms of purchase orders.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot order‑related issues and drive resolutions.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the capacity to collaborate across finance, supply‑chain and sales functions.
