Customer Service Representative – International Voice Process

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, customer‑focused representatives to join our inbound service team handling international voice calls. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Address inquiries, complaints and service requests professionally and courteously.
• Assist with product information, billing issues, account updates and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to service improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service or an international voice process.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to empathise with customers, listen actively and provide effective solutions.
• Flexibility to work rotational night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
