About the role
Teleperformance is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its international processes team in Jaipur. You will interact with customers through calls, chat, and email, delivering professional support to a global client base.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and week‑off schedules as required.
Required profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Flexibility to work in Mansarovar and Siatpura locations after training.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift system.
Required skills
What we offer
- In‑hand salary of ₹15,000 per month during training.
- Post‑training salary of ₹16,000 per month.
- Opportunity to work with international clients in a dynamic call‑center environment.
