Customer Service Representative – International Process

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The position is ideal for freshers, trainees, or professionals with up to six months of experience in international, voice‑based customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and chat inquiries from customers.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Sc., M.Sc., BCA, MCA or B.Tech.
• Freshers, trainees or candidates with up to six months of experience in international customer service or calling processes.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with email, chat and voice support tools.
• Good multitasking, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
