About the role
Join a global customer experience team as a Customer Care Executive handling inbound calls and chat interactions. You will work from our Jaipur office, providing support to international customers and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues, address escalations, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain service quality standards while delivering a friendly, professional experience.
- Adhere to 24x7 rotational shift schedules, including night shifts.
Required profile
- Minimum 12th pass qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
Required skills
What we offer
- CTC ranging from ₹3.24 LPA to ₹3.72 LPA.
- In‑hand salary approximately ₹22,000 – ₹27,500 per month.
- Performance‑linked incentive of ₹1,000 – ₹2,500 per month.
