About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its International E‑Commerce process in Jaipur (Sitapura). The role requires delivering customer support in English and operating within a rotational shift system that includes night shifts, following a 5‑day work and 2‑day week‑off schedule. Immediate joiners are preferred. The position is based at Teleperformance's Sitapura site in Jaipur, providing a structured environment for entry‑level professionals. Employees will rotate through day and night shifts, ensuring 24‑hour coverage for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries related to the International E‑Commerce process.
Required profile
- HSC or Graduate qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
