Customer Service Representative – Inbound Calls (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our office‑based team. The role focuses on handling inbound calls from UK customers, responding to email enquiries and recording any complaints. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls from UK‑based customers and provide accurate information.
• Respond promptly to customer emails, ensuring queries are resolved or escalated appropriately.
• Capture and log customer complaints in the designated system.
• Maintain accurate call and email records in compliance with company procedures.
• Work according to assigned shift schedules, maintaining punctuality and attendance.
• Make quick, effective decisions to resolve issues while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to make rapid decisions.
• Willingness to work onsite in an office environment.
• Flexibility to follow shift patterns as required.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality.
