Customer Service Representative – Inbound Calls

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals to join Nesto Group’s contact centre in Bangalore. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound international voice calls, address customer queries and ensure a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Identify customer concerns and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Resolve complaints and service‑related issues within defined timelines.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
• Document interactions and update information in CRM systems.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and process guidelines.
• Achieve targets for productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and attendance.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Customer‑focused attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Open to rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.
