About the role

This position is for a Hindi‑speaking Customer Service Representative in a fast‑paced call centre. You will handle calls, chats and emails in English and Hindi, providing professional assistance and ensuring each case is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat and email.
Initiate outbound communications when required.
Follow up on open cases and drive them to closure.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Work rotating shifts to support 24 × 7 operations.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service environment.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Fluent Hindi speaking ability.
Ability to start immediately.

Required skills

Proficiency in handling multi‑channel communication (voice, chat, email).
