Customer Service Representative – Freshers (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic graduate freshers to join our International Voice & Chat team in Pune. In this role you will interact with customers from around the world, resolve their queries and deliver a seamless experience through both voice and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service while maintaining professionalism.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards and productivity metrics.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Graduate freshers (or candidates with prior BPO experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts as per business needs.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
