Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gurugram. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring a smooth experience with our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide complete information about products and services.
- Resolve product or service related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Prepare and update customer service guidelines.
- Generate reports by analyzing customer feedback.
Required profile
- Graduation (any discipline).
- 0‑3 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
