Customer Service Representative – BPO (International Healthcare Voice)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our BPO team handling international healthcare voice calls. The role involves both inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑ups, feedback, or information updates.
• Resolve product or service‑related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
• Document all interactions and update CRM systems.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service standards and processes.

Required profile

• Graduate or higher; freshers are welcome.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in an international healthcare voice process.
• Good spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and good listening abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Proficiency with email and CRM tools.
