Customer Service Representative (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide high‑quality support, and assist with basic warehouse inventory coordination. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product or service information.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, process orders, and check customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a positive experience.
• Update customer records and call logs in the CRM system.
• Oversee stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and track incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Perform regular stock checks, report discrepancies, and keep warehouse spaces organized.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Experience handling inbound or outbound customer calls.
• Basic understanding of warehouse inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications such as CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or warehouse management is a plus.
