Customer Service Executive – Voice Process (Pune)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our voice process team in Pune. This full‑time position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and resolving customer issues with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Maintain detailed records of each customer interaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Achieve quality standards and performance targets set by the organization.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates as per eligibility.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call centre, or related fields (freshers are welcome).
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Problem‑solving ability and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 5‑day work week.
