Customer Service Executive – Voice Process

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Voice Process team in Pune. As a Customer Service Executive you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for our clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve timely issue resolution and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (as per company requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
