Customer Service Executive - Service Delivery

About the role

The Customer Service Executive – Service Delivery will manage installation support, network service configuration and troubleshooting for enterprise and wholesale customers. This operational role ensures timely delivery of projects and service activation across Tata Communications' MPLS and MSP networks.

Key responsibilities

• Complete configuration tasks for enterprise/wholesale customers within SLA limits.
• Handle change management, turn‑up, and migration requests.
• Perform standard testing and post‑provisioning troubleshooting of installs/activations.
• Validate wiring connections and coordinate dispatches with field operations.
• Participate in projects as a full‑time contributing team member.
• Manage escalations and ensure issues are resolved before jeopardising projects.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, quality management and fallout management.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and field operations.
• Understanding of provisioning processes for telephone, internet, data and service activation.
• Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network problems promptly.
