About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our team in Mumbai, covering the Thane and Vikhroli areas. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email and chat, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and complaints via calls, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑handling abilities.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to work rotational shifts.
• 0–2 years of experience in BPO, call centre or customer service, or fresh graduates with strong communication skills.
