About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves providing professional assistance to banking customers, ensuring a high standard of service, and adhering to established processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with banking‑related support, including account information and transaction issues.
- Maintain quality customer service standards and meet performance targets.
- Follow process guidelines and escalation matrix to resolve issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Graduation with results mandatory.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Average communication skills with a good understanding of English (V3 level).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
