Customer Service Consultant – International Voice Process

About the role

As a Customer Service Consultant in the International Voice Process, you will be the voice of Belong, assisting customers in Bangalore with their mobile and internet services. You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and create positive experiences that build trust and loyalty. The role goes beyond simple call taking – you’ll own outcomes and simplify complex problems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for billing, payments, activations, account queries and technical issues via phone.
• Deliver clear, simple resolutions and aim for first‑contact resolution.
• Own each customer issue from start to finish, reducing effort and improving satisfaction.
• Guide customers to self‑service tools when appropriate.
• Identify recurring problems and share improvement ideas.
• Upskill across products, tools, channels and business lines.
• Support vulnerable customers, including those affected by domestic or family violence, with empathy and discretion.
