Customer Service Associate – Retirement Solutions

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support its Retirement Solutions practice. The role focuses on processing monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned clients, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Process contributions, loan repayments, indicative data files, manual adjustments, rollovers and other transactions.
• Maintain audit‑ready records and adhere to client policies, federal/state regulations.
• Research and resolve processing irregularities, escalating issues when necessary.
• Respond to queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal response time.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Uphold quality‑control standards and prioritize high‑value transactions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of procedural documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in US Retirement Services – Defined Contributions.
• Hands‑on experience with Money‑In processes such as contributions, loan repayments, rollovers, and adjustments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to work night shifts as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, typing accuracy, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
