Customer Service Associate – Retirement Solutions

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support its US Retirement Services portfolio. The role focuses on processing monetary and non‑monetary transactions, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering timely responses to client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned retirement plans, including withdrawals, rollovers, lump‑sum distributions, and required minimum distributions.
• Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets or databases with high accuracy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Research and respond to queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams within defined response times.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Adhere to quality‑control standards and prioritize high‑value transactions.
• Complete assigned projects and daily business‑as‑usual tasks within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in US Retirement Services (defined contribution plans such as 401k, 403B).
• Experience with Money‑Out processes like in‑service withdrawals, hardship withdrawals, rollovers, lump‑sum distributions, and RMDs.
• Graduate degree (commerce background preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and ability to work night shifts as required.
