Customer Service Associate – Retirement Services

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its Retirement Services team. The role focuses on processing monetary and non‑monetary transactions for US‑based retirement plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate monetary and non‑monetary client transactions.
• Review participant requests for compliance and proper documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Adhere to all client policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform data‑entry tasks, updating spreadsheets or databases with participant information.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in US retirement services (401k, 403b, defined contribution plans).
• Hands‑on experience with Money‑Out processes such as RMD, systematic withdrawals, in‑service withdrawals, rollovers, and lump‑sum distributions.
• Graduate degree preferred, commerce background advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work night shifts as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, excellent typing accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
