Customer Service Associate – Retirement Services

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its Retirement Services team. The role focuses on front‑ending plan sponsor communications, providing white‑glove service, and supporting the end‑to‑end plan implementation process for US‑based retirement plans.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for plan sponsors, delivering relationship‑focused service.
• Coordinate with transaction processing teams to track pending requests and update plan sponsors or consultants.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in line with non‑disclosure policies.
• Liaise with internal teams to set up or modify retirement plans and assist with related project management.
• Provide timely assistance via phone and email to plan sponsors and regional sales leads.
• Identify root causes of process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in the US retirement services domain (401k, 403b, defined contribution plans).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good time‑management and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work an evening shift.
