About the role

As a Customer Service Associate at TraviYo, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations. Your proficiency in MS‑Office, MS‑Excel, spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, will be key in delivering top‑notch service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Create tickets for client issues and track the issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proficiency in MS‑Office and MS‑Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
