Customer Service Associate (Hybrid)

About the role

DGZ Holdings is seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to deliver multi‑channel support and manage business enquiries. The role combines front‑line customer care with follow‑up activities for distributors and corporate partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and website chat.
• Resolve complaints, coordinate with internal teams and provide accurate product, order and delivery information.
• Maintain courteous communication at all times.
• Respond to business enquiries received through email, website, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Follow up with potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with management for partnership and sales‑related enquiries.
• Track order dispatches and delivery updates together with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Maintain records of interactions, prepare periodic reports and ensure timely follow‑up until closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and email tools.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or business support is preferred but not mandatory.
