Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our fashion retail store in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai as Customer Service Associates. In this role you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them enjoy a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product selection, sizing and styling advice.
• Maintain neat merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Support billing and checkout processes when needed.
• Keep the store clean and presentable.
• Handle customer queries promptly and offer solutions.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and basic understanding of retail operations.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Freshers are welcome; up to 2 years of retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
