Customer Service Analyst – Voice

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Customer Service Analyst – Voice to join its global delivery team. You will support customers through phone interactions, analyse lower‑complexity issues and help ensure a smooth experience for clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve lower‑complexity customer problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate daily with peers within Accenture and provide updates to supervisors.
• Maintain limited direct contact with clients and Accenture management as required.
• Follow moderate‑level instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
• Make decisions that affect your own work and may influence the work of teammates.
• Contribute as an individual member of a larger team, focusing on a defined scope of work.
• Participate in rotational shift schedules as needed.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Any graduate degree.
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
• Strong teamwork orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Language translation for customer service interactions.
