About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join its team. The role focuses on analyzing and resolving lower‑complexity customer issues while supporting internal peers and supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and solve lower‑complexity customer service problems.
- Interact daily with Accenture peers and provide updates to supervisors.
- Follow moderate‑level instructions for routine tasks and new assignments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of decisions that may affect own work and that of others.
- Contribute as an individual team member with a focused scope of work.
- Potentially work rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- BCom qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Detail‑oriented with strong French reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
- Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment.
