Customer Sales Specialist – International Voice Process

About the role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior experience in international voice support, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Meet process KPIs and performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Minimum 1 year of international voice/sales experience
