Customer Sales & Service Consultant – Contact Centre (Mumbai)

About the role

Join Emirates’ Mumbai Contact Centre as a Customer Sales & Service Consultant. You will help passengers book tickets, advise on travel requirements and promote Emirates’ range of products while delivering the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on Emirates fares, ticketing rules and travel documentation.
• Issue airline tickets and upsell ancillary services such as Skywards membership, Dubai stop‑overs, hotel bookings and fare upgrades.
• Maintain service quality standards for every customer interaction, whether via phone, web chat or social media.
• Stay updated on Emirates Group news, airline policies and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual, station and network commercial targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th grade (HSC) or equivalent; graduate preferred.
• At least 1‑2 years of experience in a contact‑centre, reservations or travel‑industry environment.
• Right to live and work in India.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle a busy sales environment.
