Customer Retention & Growth Strategy

About the role

The role focuses on driving incremental revenue through targeted customer‑centric campaigns. You will act as the technical bridge between campaign briefings and the operations team, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery using Adobe Campaign.

Key responsibilities

• Design data‑driven marketing campaigns based on detailed business plans and ROI analysis.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of campaigns with Adobe Campaign, creating complex multi‑channel workflows.
• Develop and launch CRM campaigns across omni‑channel platforms to meet volume, quality and ROI targets.
• Collaborate with the Head of CRM and the wider CRM team to shape engagement and retention strategies.
• Champion Adobe Campaign within the marketing function and provide technical support to peers.
• Prepare data briefs, optimise existing BAU campaigns and innovate new campaign concepts.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, internal teams and external vendors to meet timelines.
• Analyse program performance, segment customers and report on ROI and profitability.
• Design and test SMS/email communications, conduct A/B tests and create loyalty collateral.

Required profile

• 9‑13 years of experience in CRM, retention and growth strategy.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full campaign lifecycle from brief to delivery.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and meet strict deadlines.
