Customer Relationship Specialist

About the role

Zuboc, a leading online destination for luxury packaging and creative art supplies in Kerala, is looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join its Malappuram office. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat and in‑store interactions, ensuring a smooth buying journey and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily customer inquiries about products, orders and customization options via multiple channels.
• Provide timely resolutions, manage follow‑ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM or order management system.
• Monitor customer feedback, identify trends and share insights with sales, operations and design teams.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate customer expectations and ensure consistent service quality.
• Support customers throughout the purchase process, from initial contact to post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities with a focus on satisfaction and relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening and empathy.
• Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and suggest improvements.
• Ability to work on‑site in Malappuram and manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM tools and online platforms; e‑commerce or retail experience is a plus.
• Professional, solution‑oriented attitude; prior customer‑facing experience preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is beneficial.
